With a background as a realtor, title company closer, and branch manager, JoAnn brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as a mortgage expert. JoAnn enjoys a fulfilling life outside of work with her husband, their two dogs, Stella and Derby, and their mini donkeys, Atlass and Apollo. Together, they also love to travel and explore new places.
Charla Basky - Loan Officer Assistant
You will hear from Charla from initial application through the initial stages of being under contract. She supports (insert loan officer name) by reviewing your application for accuracy/ completeness and gathering all necessary documentation. She will work hard to be sure your process runs smooth from the start!
Nicole Miller - Loan Processor
You will hear from Nicole once you are under contract and your loan is ready to move to her for processing. She reviews and verifies loan applications, ensuring all required documents are accurate and complete in order to move to underwriting for your lender approval. She will be the main liaison between you, underwriting, the title company, and any necessary parties along the way to facilitate a smooth loan approval process and ultimately get you to the closing table and into your new home!
Brooke Kelsey - COO
Oversees all loans for the branch and will jump in to communicate with borrowers and lenders if Charla or Nicole are out of the office.
